Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales:

  • Generate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing.

  • Identify and qualify potential homebuyers and borrowers. A

  • chieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Advisory & Product Expertise:

  • Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and regulations.

  • Assess client financial situations to recommend suitable loan options.

  • Provide expert advice on property values and financing strategies.

Application & Loan Management:

  • Guide clients through the loan application process and documentation.

  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams for smooth processing.

  • Monitor application status and resolve issues.

Relationship & Compliance:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and builders.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and compliance rules.

  • Ensure data privacy and adherence to financial regulations.
