Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A well-established organization in the UAE is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator (Female) with a strong background in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative duties and support overall office coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR functions such as attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for interviews, document collection, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the go-to person for staff queries related to HR and administrative matters.
- Support senior management with day-to-day operational and clerical tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR exposure, preferably in the UAE.
- Female candidates only (as per company requirements).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with UAE labor procedures is an advantage.
