Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office operations by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring that important documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Support the administrative team by preparing meeting materials and taking minutes, ensuring that all information is accurately captured.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed, preventing disruptions in workflow due to lack of necessary materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office support role, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures and protocols.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
