King s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a professional and service-oriented Patient Administrator (Locum) to support our patient services team. This is a temporary role ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Role Overview:
As a Patient Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support billing and insurance processes as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with hospital systems and patient management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
