Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring optimal use of time while accommodating changing priorities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, screening communications to prioritize urgent matters.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documents, showcasing an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, to ensure seamless, efficient travel experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or law or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in organizational principles.

  • A minimum one year of experience in a high-level administrative or personal assistant role, showcasing proven capabilities.

  • Certifications in project management or office administration, highlighting commitment to professional development.

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, particularly in industries such as legal, finance, tech, or healthcare.

  • Proficiency in English, and Arabic (preferred).
