Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Chairman's complex schedule, including travel arrangements, meetings, and personal appointments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the Chairman, anticipating needs and providing insightful analysis.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, managing sensitive documents, communications, and personal matters with unwavering professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls, managing correspondence, and representing the Chairman's office with exceptional communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, showcasing proven experience supporting high-level executives.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant software, ensuring efficient document creation and management.
