Roles & Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing facilities management and staffing company in Dubai seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government liaison and compliance matters. The PRO will be responsible for managing visa processing, labor law requirements, and regulatory approvals to support our expanding workforce and service contracts. This role is critical in ensuring smooth manpower mobilization, maintaining compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, and safeguarding the company’s reputation as we scale operations across the region. Requirements: - 5+ years PRO/government liaison experience in GCC, especially UAE - Fluent in Arabic & English - Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and staffing regulations - Excellent documentation and communication skills Benefits: - Attractive salary package - Medical insurance
