Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Source and market commercial properties for rent

  2. Identify and onboard building landlords and commercial unit owners

  3. Advertise listings on online platforms for lead generation

  4. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property tours

  5. Negotiate terms and close rental and sales deals

  6. Build and maintain long-term client and landlord relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team, with a primary focus on commercial leasing and sales. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a competitive market.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken English is mandatory

  • Undergraduates are accepted

  • Hindi and any additional spoken language is an added advantage

  • Candidates with Etisalat Channel Partner door-to-door sales experience are highly preferred

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on targets

  • Must be willing to commute between Dubai and Sharjah

Commission Structure:

  • 35% commission on Rentals

  • 45% commission on Sales (Off-Plan & Ready Properties)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • No fixed salary

  • Monthly settlement allowance: AED 1,000

  • Attractive commission-based earning potential

Work Location:

  • Dubai

  • Travel to Sharjah required as per business needs
