Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closing, ensuring efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, property valuation, and sales processes.
