Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while creating a welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage emails and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Maintain office organization and supplies
Assist agents with administrative tasks and document preparation
Ensure the front office area is clean and presentable
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
