We re Hiring: Recruitment Specialist Dubai

Udrive Rent a Car is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE hiring market with hands-on experience in driver recruitment and bulk hiring.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage end-to-end recruitment for drivers and operational roles
Handle high-volume driver hiring, including walk-ins and bulk recruitment drives
Coordinate road tests, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding activities
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and walk-ins
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
Prepare candidate assessments, interview feedback, and evaluation reports
Coordinate offers, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Demonstrate strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring documentation

Requirements and Skills

Proven recruitment experience in Dubai / UAE
Prior experience in driver hiring is mandatory
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring
Strong interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
