Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new clients within the food and related industries. Promote the company’s portfolio of raw materials and ingredients to prospective and existing customers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and quotations. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and market trends. Provide technical information and support regarding ingredient specifications and applications. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally. - Market Research & Product Knowledge Monitor competitor activities and market developments. Stay updated with ingredient trends, pricing, and global supply conditions. Identify opportunities for new product introductions. - Operations & Coordination Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams regarding stock, delivery schedules, and sample requests. Ensure accurate documentation including sales orders, contracts, and compliance paperwork (COA, MSDS, technical data sheets, etc.). Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in food ingredients & raw materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. Skills & Competencies: Strong customer service orientation Technical understanding of ingredients and product applications Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Analytical thinking and market awareness Working Conditions: Field visits to clients and factories as needed Occasional travel for exhibitions, seminars, or supplier meetings Salary & Other Benefits To be discussed during interview
