Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Distribution: Actively sell company products to retail and wholesale stores. Explore new markets and develop new customer accounts. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and report to management. Market Knowledge & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and stock levels. Product Delivery & Route Management: Plan daily routes efficiently to maximize sales coverage. Compliance & Vehicle Management: Ensure proper handling of company vehicle. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and sales protocols. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth operations. Support marketing and promotional activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Location Preference: Candidates from Kerala are preferred Experience: Experienced candidates in FMCG / field sales will be given priority; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome Driving Skills: Must have a valid UAE driving license and knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads & markets Sales Skills: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Customer Handling: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and grow client relationships Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently in field sales Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of sales reporting and route planning Flexibility: Willing to travel within assigned territories to cover retail and wholesale markets
