Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for recruitment and manpower supply services

  • Approach companies requiring manpower (hotels, hospitals, FM companies, contractors, clinics, home care providers)

  • Secure demand letters and manpower supply contracts

  • Conduct client meetings and present manpower solutions

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for fulfillment

  • Maintain and grow a strong client pipeline

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or manpower supply sales

  • Proven experience selling manpower services in UAE or Gulf

  • Strong network of HR managers, operations managers, or business owners

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Understanding of overseas recruitment processes is a strong advantage

  • Self driven, professional, and target oriented
