Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager for the products of STEEL REBARS and Other related Building Materials located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification Core competence in sales of Steel Rebar and other Related Building Materials. Competence in Sales Strategy, Pipeline Management, and Business Development. Strong leadership and team management skills. Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise. Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and performance analysis. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets within deadlines. Experience in the building materials industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
