Roles & Responsibilities

Approach and assist customers, promoting products and services Achieve monthly sales targets Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot mobile phones and tablets Perform software updates and technical troubleshooting Maintain inventory of spare parts and sales records Ensure high-quality service and excellent customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in sales and/or mobile device repair is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
