Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to target markets.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing a strong track record in revenue generation.
Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is highly desirable.
