Roles & Responsibilities
ore Responsibilities Maintain daily attendance records for construction site manpower Track working hours, overtime, shifts & off-days Prepare weekly & monthly timesheets accurately Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors & foremen Verify manpower deployment and site movements Payroll & Reporting Submit attendance data to HR & Payroll on time Support WPS payroll preparation Generate attendance and overtime reports in Excel Construction-Specific Duties Handle large site manpower headcount Understand construction labor categories (helpers, operators, drivers, technicians) Ensure compliance with UAE labor rules related to working hours
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (Construction experience required) Construction site attendance & manpower tracking Overtime, shift & timesheet preparation Coordination with site engineers, HR & payroll Good knowledge of Excel and reporting Strong organizational skills
