Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing items to maintain optimal product availability.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a balanced register at all times.
- Assist in visual merchandising by arranging products attractively to enhance customer appeal and promote sales effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, showcasing an understanding of customer service dynamics.
- Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., fashion, electronics) is preferable for specialized product knowledge.
- Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and basic financial transaction handling is essential.
