Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from role briefing and job posting to screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure a seamless candidate journey by coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating outcomes promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including compensation and benefits data.
Provide regular reporting on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms.
Implement referral programs and targeted sourcing campaigns to attract both active and passive talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with universities, attend job fairs, and network within relevant communities to strengthen talent pools.
Maintain ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning requirements.
Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
Identify challenges in difficult vacancies and propose creative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Support and coach line managers on recruitment tools, best practices, and process compliance.
