Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and standardization of job descriptions across departments

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and role expectations

  • Align job descriptions with organizational structure and talent strategy

  • Ensure roles are clearly defined in terms of responsibilities, competencies, and reporting lines

  • Support broader talent planning and workforce structuring initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent planning and job description development

  • Strong understanding of workforce structuring and organizational design

  • Experience working within the UAE market

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
