Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold tea beverages according to café standards
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea preparation area
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Assist with stock control and proper storage of tea ingredients
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Tea Maker, Barista, or similar role (preferred)
Knowledge of tea types, brewing methods, and basic beverage preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude
