Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely install and maintain telecommunications equipment on towers and masts, adhering strictly to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing infrastructure, identifying potential hazards and ensuring structural integrity before commencing any work.
- Perform antenna installations, alignments, and adjustments, guaranteeing optimal signal performance and network efficiency.
- Execute cable management and routing, ensuring neat, organized, and weather-resistant cable runs to prevent signal interference.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a relevant technical diploma or certification in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding.
- Holds relevant certifications such as RF Awareness, Tower Rescue, and First Aid/CPR, showcasing commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications rigging, displaying proven expertise in the field.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and associated equipment, ensuring technical proficiency.
