You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. The tele sales executive's responsibilities are to make outgoing calls to clients and to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them. Take the client's information and update it in the database as required. Explain products and service features to clients. Upsell and cross sell other products and services that may be useful to clients. Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales .
