Roles & Responsibilities
we are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. As a tele sales executive, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. The tele sales executive's responsibilities are to make outgoing calls to clients and to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them. Take the client's information and update it in the database as required. Explain products and service features to clients. Upsell and cross sell other products and services that may be useful to clients. Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales .
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience as Tele sales Representative or similar customer service or sales role. Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits. Patient and friendly personality. Team player. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Good negotiation skills.
