Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:

As VP HR, you will be responsible for building a high-performance culture that supports rapid ecommerce growth across the region. This role goes beyond traditional HR-focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational design. You will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure the business attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining strong compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition, HR operations, and culture initiatives
  • Develop performance management and compensation frameworks
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 10+ years HR experience, 5+ in leadership
  • Experience in ecommerce or high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
