Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft and serve high-quality beverages, ensuring each drink meets our establishment's standards for taste and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials, enhancing the customer experience and contributing to sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional courses in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven skills in beverage preparation and customer service.
- Barista certification or similar accreditation preferred, showcasing a commitment to the craft.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
