Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service • Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages • Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation • Process payments when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
• Hotel waitress experience preferred. • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional attitude • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a willingness to learn • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
