Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and presentations, while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, screening calls, and directing inquiries appropriately, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of
information and adherence to data protection regulations.
Assist HR in attendance and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Nationality preference: Emirati national to align with company's Emiratization goals and local regulations.
