Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant Clerical Support to join our Dubai real estate team. In this role you will ensure listings and leads are accurately managed, support regulatory and portal-related tasks, and provide day-to-day administrative backbone to the sales and property management functions.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Manage and update property records in the company CRM, ensuring leads are logged, tracked and handed over to agents promptly.
Prepare, upload and maintain listings on Tarkheesi, Bayut, and Property Finder, including content, images and availability status.
Support compliance activities tied to DLD, RERA, KYC, and AML verify documentation and maintain audit-ready records.
Oversee property management paperwork and document checklists (tenancy files, owner instructions, handover docs).
Coordinate developer registrations, maintain the deal registry and assist with official announcements and portal submissions.
Compile and present agent performance and lead-conversion reports for management review.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to streamline administrative workflows and ensure timely follow-ups.
Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience within Dubai real estate required. Familiarity with property portals, DLD/RERA processes and CRM platforms is essential.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to multitask under deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
