Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Accounting
  • Maintain records of office expenses, including office supplies, utility bills, and petty cash.
  • Handle basic invoice processing, including verifying invoices and preparing them for payment.
  • Perform basic bank and account reconciliations, ensuring that records match financial statements.
  • 2. Office & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including DMCC license, lease, insurance, parking permits, etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to complete documentation required by local compliances.
  • 3. Travel Coordination
  • Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications for office staff.
  • Manage travel vendors.
  • Secure internal approvals for travel requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

Full-time degree or diploma.

Knowledge of accounting principles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple countries.

Ability to work with remote teams and coordinate with global teams across different time zones.

Female candidates with a spouse visa are preferred
