Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, etc.)

* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

* Meet with decision-makers (virtually or in person) to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions.

* Negotiate and close business deals in line with company targets.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

* Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Represent the company in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT staffing industry.

* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred

* Existing client network or book of business in the IT staffing space.

* Familiarity with international staffing (e.g., US, UK, or Middle East markets).
