Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks with professionalism and diplomacy.

Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.

• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips.

• Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. • Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, filtering communications and prioritizing urgent matters. Operational & Strategic Support

• Track key projects, follow up on pending actions, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder presentations.

• Conduct research, compile data, and draft reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align with the CEO’s agenda. Relationship Management

• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders, partners, clients, and senior executives.

• Represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism in meetings, calls, and correspondence.

• Build and sustain effective relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth information flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English

• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.).

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure with professionalism
