Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook North & South Indian dishes, veg & non-veg.
- Manage industrial catering operations including snacks & sweets.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and portion standards.
- Control inventory, wastage, and menu planning.
- Lead kitchen team for large-scale catering operations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial catering companies.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good English communication.
