Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage the Managers calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communication on behalf of the Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Follow up on tasks, action items, and deadlines assigned by the Manager.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
  • Assist in organizing visits, events, and administrative tasks related to work operations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
