Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate workforce needs, crafting proactive HR solutions that drive business objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to management on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal compliance, including compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions for improved organizational performance.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
  • Experience in the Technology Industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for HR.
