Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client & Communication Support

  • Answer incoming calls and messages from clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and other communication channels
  • Maintain clear and polite client communication and escalate issues when required

Quality Assurance & Delivery Follow-Up

  • Perform basic Quality Assurance (QA) checks on digital deliverables (web content, pages, posts, system updates, etc.) before client review
  • Follow up internally on task delivery timelines and client feedback
  • Ensure deliverables meet basic quality and formatting standards before submission

Task & Project Coordination

  • Update the task management system with accurate statuses, comments, and attachments
  • Track open tasks, revisions, and approvals across multiple projects
  • Assist account managers in coordinating work between design, development, and content teams

Internal Support

  • Support the digital team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation of client requests and task outcomes
  • Help maintain organized project records and communication logs

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in IT, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of digital services (websites, apps, social media, digital campaigns)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of email tools, task managers, and office software
