Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of all Indian cuisine menu items, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Monitor food inventory, minimize waste, and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, and ensuring food safety practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a reputable Indian cuisine restaurant or establishment.

  • Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques, showcasing a passion for the cuisine.
