Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, providing seamless logistical support for executives and teams, maximizing productivity.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or executive support role, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
