Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Post job ads on internal and external platforms.
Source candidates via job portals, databases, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/online/in‑person interviews.
Administer assessments and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate and recruitment records.
Coordinate pre‑joining formalities with HR Operations and Government Relations.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, advance excel.
Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa process, and factory certification procedures.
Fluent in English & Urdu; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills.
UAE driving license is an added advantage.
