Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Coordinator / Office Coordinator – Medical Field We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with minimum 1 year experience, who can also handle office coordination and basic receptionist duties. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator / Office Coordinator • Medical / healthcare field experience preferred • Strong computer knowledge • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – mandatory • Good communication & coordination skills • Presentable and professional attitude Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support the sales team • Handle office coordination and daily admin tasks • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports • Maintain customer and sales records • Attend phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk duties • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and other departments • Follow up with clients and internal teams Location: UAE Immediate joining preferred

Computer Knowledge.

Ms Office

ERP systems knowledge is a plus
