Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative & Secretarial Duties:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure document confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Office Management:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service of office equipment and facilities.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Other Duties:

  • Support management with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
