Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative & Secretarial Duties:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure document confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Office Management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service of office equipment and facilities.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Other Duties:
- Support management with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
