Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Administration Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office and factory, supporting various departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications: Answer phones, manage emails and mail, and handle correspondence.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records and files: Create and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and databases.
  • Prepare documents: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory: Track and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform clerical and data entry tasks: Handle data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Diploma or certification in Business Administration or Office Management (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1 3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
