Working Hours: 8h00AM - 5h00PM EST Monday - Friday; 8h00AM - 1h00PM EST Sundays
Start Date: Immediately
Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500

It acts as an AI-powered "copilot," allowing bettors to use natural language to search for bets, compare odds across different sportsbooks, and identify favorable betting situations. The platform also provides real-time odds, alerts for line changes, and a way to easily share bets with friends. Our client and their platform streamlines the sports betting experience by aggregating information and offering actionable insights.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will be a key player in ensuring our office operates efficiently and that our team members have the support they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a startup or technology company is a plus.
