Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments while prioritizing executive time effectively.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by screening communications and determining priority issues, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and documents, showcasing strong writing and analytical skills tailored to executive needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-stakes events and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements, ensuring seamless execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for executive support.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles, demonstrating proficiency in high-level administrative tasks.

  • Experience in fast-paced corporate environments, reflecting adaptability and industry familiarity.
