Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive Chef at Millennium Al Rawdah, you lead the entire culinary operation and set the vision for our dining experiences. You are responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, food quality, and culinary innovation across all outlets. You oversee kitchen staff, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and ensure operational efficiency. Your culinary expertise, creativity, and leadership directly shape the guest experience and support the hotel s brand standards.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-volume kitchen.
  • Extensive knowledge of international and regional cuisines, menu engineering, and modern culinary techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor the culinary team.
  • Solid understanding of food costing, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Hotelier experience is required.
