Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all real estate administrative tasks including RERA forms, tenancy contracts, listings, and DLD transactions Maintain and update CRM systems, property listings, and client records Coordinate with agents, developers, and clients for viewings and documentation Support management with day-to-day office operations, reports, and filing Prepare and track invoices, petty cash, and basic accounts Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate admin role in Dubai Good understanding of RERA laws, DLD procedures, and brokerage documentation Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, reconciliation, expenses) Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (PropSpace/Zoho/Behomes preferred) Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
