Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety at all times, including intravenous infusions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with medical procedures, preparing equipment, and providing support to physicians and patients during examinations and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nursing Assistant (NA) license from the Department of Health (DOH).
  • Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or a relevant Nursing Assistant certification.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in basic nursing skills such as vital signs assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility.
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Tagalog is a plus.
  • Displays excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to assess patient situations and make informed decisions.
