Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.
- Handle renewal of business licenses, permits, contracts, and company registrations.
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for business-related travel.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and organization.
- Assist leadership with scheduling and reminders.
- Coordinate appointments or errands when requested.
- Help organize travel plans and itineraries.
- Manage personal documents or correspondence as assigned.
- Support with personal tasks or ad-hoc needs while maintaining confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of administrative or assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
