Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.
  • Handle renewal of business licenses, permits, contracts, and company registrations.
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for business-related travel.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and organization.
  • Assist leadership with scheduling and reminders.
  • Coordinate appointments or errands when requested.
  • Help organize travel plans and itineraries.
  • Manage personal documents or correspondence as assigned.
  • Support with personal tasks or ad-hoc needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of administrative or assistant experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
