Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities :

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
Handle incoming emails and correspondence professionally.
Assist in preparing letters and internal communications if required.
Organize and maintain company records, employee files and databases.
Support HR and PRO teams with documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities when necessary.
Assist in translation of documents from English to Arabic.
Perform additional office tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements :

Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in administration, office support is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
