Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing accurate and efficient customer support.
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer effective solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously while assisting customers.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide customers through various processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
